in 2001 s. fischer publishers, frankfurt, asked us to photograph a few different fishing nets for the title of their biannual book-catalogues. since 2002 this collection has grown to a few hundred pictures from all over the world. we found such a remarkable variety of different colors, textures and materials in this simple subject, that the pictures have also become part of an exhibition.
the net-photographs have also been used in the design of invitation- and greeting-cards and on the companies' stand at the frankfurt book-fair.
